MULTICULTURAL CARE CENTER LLC
JOB DESCRIPTION Program Director
Full Time Salary - $65,000 + DOQ
Multicultural Care Center LLC is hiring a full-time Program Director to oversee and supervise of staff and residential services. MCC is licensed through the Department of Human Services to provide 245D programs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Develop and maintain policies in compliance with 245D license consistent with the Company's policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance with 245D licensing requirements and internal policy and procedures.
Supervision of office and direct support providers
Provide ongoing and emergency service oversight/compliance of the following programs: ICS, RCS, and in-home Waiver Services
Implement quality operational reviews and control.
Oversee referrals, admissions, and discharges.
Lead state licensing reviews and audits of services provided.
Ensure submission of contracts and agreements with licensing agencies
Conduct and review internal investigations involving alleged abuse and neglect.
Direct care support at licensed locations as needed.
Enforcing policies and procedures
Conducting performance reviews and assisting with performance development
Promoting a positive teamwork environment
Assist and oversee in the development of daily client programming.
Conduct program evaluations and quality assurance reviews
Serve on the Program Design Team to participate in continuous quality improvement.
Ability to resolve difficult issues and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and good communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in health and human services-related field. Plus, a minimum of 5 years experience as a Designated Coordinator/Manager and extensive knowledge of rule 245D and state licensing requirements.
