Work Environment

This role allows for remote work, offering flexibility while still being integrated into our supportive community health clinic team. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, there may be some variability in your schedule to meet patient needs. You will collaborate with other licensed professionals and community support staff to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive treatment strategies. Our administrative team will support you with efficient systems and practices to facilitate your patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive, allowing you to understand the unique histories and complexities of each patient to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to implement therapeutic interventions that honor the cultural backgrounds of the clients.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health concerns, fostering resilience, and promoting overall well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to create comprehensive care plans that address the multifaceted needs of patients.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention to assist clients during mental health emergencies, employing strong crisis management techniques.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources for ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
  • Participate actively in case conferences, clinical team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training sessions, contributing insights from your experiences.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
