Job description

Location: Hybrid – mix of in-office and remote work (flexibility based on location and role needs).

Compensation: Base salary of $130,000–$160,000, plus performance-based bonuses.

We’re building something big — fast.

And we’re hiring a proven multi-location operator to help us scale.

This is not a “learn as you go” role. This is for someone who has already led multi-site operations, owned P&L performance, and knows how to drive consistent execution across multiple teams and locations.

If you’ve run operations in physical therapy, dental, veterinary, med spa, urgent care, retail, or multi-unit QSR/fast casual — you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Own
  • Full operational and financial performance across all locations
  • P&L ownership: revenue, labor, margins, and cost control
  • Lead and develop Clinic Directors / Location Managers (you’ve led leaders before)
  • Build and enforce KPI scorecards, dashboards, and reporting
  • Create a clear operating rhythm: weekly accountability, performance reviews, execution
  • Identify operational leaks and fix them (staffing, scheduling, conversion, retention, patient/customer experience)
  • Standardize systems and processes so we can scale without chaos
  • Partner directly with the CEO to turn strategy into execution

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of multi-location operations leadership
  • Proven track record improving performance across multiple sites
  • Direct experience managing P&Ls, budgets, and financial outcomes
  • Strong people leadership — you’ve managed managers, not just individual contributors
  • You operate with high standards, urgency, and accountability

What’s In It For You
  • High-impact role with direct CEO partnership
  • A seat at the table in a company that’s expanding rapidly
  • Competitive compensation with meaningful upside as we grow
  • The opportunity to build real systems and lead real scale

If you want slow, predictable, and low accountability, this isn’t for you.

If you want fast growth, real ownership, and a career-defining role — apply now.
