We're seeking a mission-driven Multi-Unit Manager to take over a sector of our Nashville market's operations and growth.
About You:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and directing the day to day operations of their assigned 2-3 cafe locations.
  • Direction, oversight and supervision of any assigned new store locations.
  • Hiring and training of Management and other Team Members in all areas of the organization.
  • Review and enhance training manuals and organizational structure.
  • Implement, enforce, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Analyze financial data and work to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
  • Oversee and be responsible for budgeting, inventory, scheduling, reporting, planning, and auditing outcomes.
  • Provide inspired leadership and passion for the brand and for the organization.
  • Identify, attempt to prevent, and solve day-to-day issues as the main contact for all escalations.
  • Identify, attempt to prevent day-to-day maintenance issues.
  • Identify and seize opportunities for the growth of the company and team.
  • Build and grow partnerships with neighboring and like-minded businesses.
  • Communicate with management teams to direct and confirm execution of company processes.
  • Focus and contribute to the "big picture" by ensuring the daily operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, as profitably as possible, and without the interjection of the Director of Operations and CEO.
  • Work to execute strategic business initiatives and directives from the CEO.
