Position: MuleSoft Admin / MuleSoft Platform Engineer with DevOps
Location: Hybrid โ€“ Wilmington, MA (Local Candidates Only)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Admin / MuleSoft Platform Engineer with DevOps expertise to support enterprise MuleSoft environments and DevOps infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience administering the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, managing CloudHub 2.0 and hybrid environments, and building CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure engineering within enterprise environments.
  • 4+ years of experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration and platform support.
  • Strong experience supporting:
    • MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0
    • Runtime Manager
    • API Manager
    • Hybrid MuleSoft environments
  • Experience creating Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, or PowerShell.
  • Expertise integrating MuleSoft deployments with Azure DevOps pipelines and GitHub workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Maven, MUnit, Snyk, and automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, networking, identity, governance, and security controls.
  • Experience managing production MuleSoft environments supporting 24/7 business operations.
  • Ability to administer MuleSoft environments, business groups, user access, and platform security.
  • Experience managing API contracts, SLAs, policies, runtime upgrades, and platform performance.
  • Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, enterprise integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
  • Experience troubleshooting builds, deployments, integrations, and production platform issues.
  • Knowledge of GitOps practices, source control strategies, branching, and code review processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support enterprise MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environments.
  • Manage CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Manager, API Manager, and hybrid MuleSoft deployments.
