Job Title: Dynamics 365 Support Specialist (Mid-Level)
Location: Remote
Duration: Competitive contract opportunity with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Pay Rate: $45-$50/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Dynamics 365 Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 environments, working directly with business users, resolving system issues, and assisting with enhancements and integrations.
This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, user-reported incidents, and application errors.
  • Analyze support tickets and provide timely resolution in accordance with SLAs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
  • Support system integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with testing, deployment, and validation of enhancements, updates, and patches.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
  • Provide end-user training and support as needed.
  • Partner with developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure platform stability and usability.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Sales, Customer Service, or related modules.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 administration, security, workflows, and configurations.
  • Experience troubleshooting application, data, and integration issues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing/project management tools.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Business Central.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse and Microsoft Azure services.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level CRM implementations.
