Job description

Job Title: Mountain Bike Guide
Employment Type: Seasonal
Job Summary:
We're looking for passionate, safety-focused, and customer-friendly Mountain Bike Guides to lead group and private rides on our Lee Canyon MTB trails. You'll be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Additionally, bike guides will work with our rentals team to assist with daily bike rentals and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead guided mountain bike tours for individuals and groups
  • Provide trail information, riding tips, and basic skills instruction
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and assist with minor first aid and mechanical issues
  • Maintain group morale and manage group pace to suit rider ability
  • Perform pre-ride gear and bike checks
  • Share knowledge about local ecology, history, and terrain
  • Assist with gear prep, bike maintenance, and rentals

Requirements:
  • Strong mountain biking skills and trail knowledge
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • A positive attitude and passion for the outdoors
  • Ability to lift bikes and equipment (up to 50 lbs)
