Position Overview:
Do you love working with kids and have tons of positive energy? We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and caring individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Gymnastics Coaches! No prior gymnastics coaching experience is necessary - we'll provide all the training you need. If you're upbeat, active, and eager to learn, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in teaching beginner-level gymnastics classes for children ages 15 months to 17 years.
  • Help demonstrate basic skills like rolls, jumps, and balances.
  • Supervise and engage with children in a positive, encouraging manner.
  • Support lead coaches with setting up and putting away equipment.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
  • Communicate with children, parents, and staff in a friendly, professional way.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and love for working with children.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a team-player mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and coaching techniques.
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.

No Experience? No Problem!
We'll provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you feel confident and prepared to work with our athletes.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience babysitting, teaching, or volunteering with kids.
  • Are involved in sports, dance, cheer, or fitness activities.
  • Hold (or are willing to obtain) CPR/First Aid certification.

Perks:

  • Fun, active, and supportive work environment.
  • Opportunities for advancement and additional training.
  • Competitive hourly pay.
  • Make a positive impact on kids' lives every day!
