The MEP Project Manager (MTA) - Civil Construction will be a leader from day one, and will add into the culture of high quality & high profile projects Client Details Our client is a general contractor with a strong emphasis on MTA construction projects and provides a long runway for growth. The MEP Project Manager (MTA) - Civil Construction in Queens, NY will have opportunity to transition into a Sr. Project Manager/Project Executive - the general contractor likes to promote from within. Our client is hiring due to winning a few new projects recently, and are positioned strongly for the next few years. Description Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems in construction projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Oversee budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate procurement and delivery of MEP-related materials and equipment. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts. Address and resolve any on-site issues related to MEP systems. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
