MSRC is seeking a fullโ€‘time Senior Electronics / Engineering Technician to work in a lab environment and perform electrical engineering technician duties to include:

Responsibilities
  • Soldering of surface mount components and fabrication of custom of printed circuit assemblies to military specifications.
  • Fabrication of cable assemblies for test and military hardware.
  • Fabrication of custom interface boxes and other test hardware.
  • Perform analysis, integration, functional test, troubleshooting, and checkโ€‘out of hardware according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles.
  • Perform periodic electrical testing of cable assemblies, custom circuits, and other military components and document results per customer specifications.
  • Modify electrical prototypes to correct functional deviations under direction of Electrical Engineer.
  • Develop wiring diagrams and layout drawings for cable harnesses, custom interface boxes, and other system or equipment modifications.
  • Write procedures, reports, and other documentation as needed.
Education
  • Associates degree in Electronics or related field.
Job Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with military components and practices.
  • Experience building electronic components from schematic designs.
  • Familiarity with standard test equipment (multiโ€‘meters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
Additional Requirements
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
