Position details
Reports Developer – Integrated Eligibility Role Title: Reports Developer – Integrated Eligibility Systems Role Summary We are seeking a Reports Developer with strong Integrated Eligibility domain knowledge to support reporting and analytics for our Non-Magi Medicaid and MSP program. This role will involve designing, developing, and delivering federal, state, and program level reports while writing complex SQL, building dashboards, and ensuring reporting accuracy across eligibility and benefits data. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical depth with the ability to guide a small team and represent reporting deliverables in stakeholder discussions.
 
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Reports/ Tableau Developer, with direct experience on Non-Magi Medicaid, MSP and Integrated Eligibility systems.
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills
  • Solid understanding of IE Systems
  • Ability to lead a reporting workstream managing priorities, timelines, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Preferred (Plus) Skills
  • Tableau development experience (dashboard design, calculated fields, data blending, publishing/administration).
  • Experience with reporting off Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar enterprise data platforms.
  • Familiarity with federal reporting requirements
  • Exposure to ETL/data pipeline tools supporting reporting data marts.
