Job Description General Description: The Manage Service Provider (MSP) Supervisor is responsible for exceptional service for all direct billing and MSP customer requirements while maintaining the company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. Responsibilities Audit monthโ€end entries Participate in set up of new MSP accounts Act as the point of contact for Corporate and Client Owner for MSP/Strategic Accounts Lead best practice sessions Look for process improvements Manage time off requests Audit employee productivity and work product Manage team workflow/volume and participation in hiring team members Participate in yearโ€end audit by providing external auditor with accounting information Focus on continual improvement Communicate to manager on status of employees, process, and work product Perform analyses and complete special projects as assigned Conduct weekly oneโ€toโ€ones Continuous evaluations of team members, including annual evaluations and coaching plans Handle inquiries related to assigned areas Maintain accurate records and control reports Help to create an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required (in Finance, Accounting, or related fields); minimum 5+ years equivalent experience required, previous supervision a plus Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition Ability to work independently and with other team members Strong professional communication skills Financial acumen Ability to mentor, coach, motivate and build assigned team/employees Ability to travel as required Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner Ability to multiโ€task, manage workflow/volume and delegate responsibilities Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Must have a working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the Internet Must be able to become expert in pay bill systems and VMS systems Must be detailโ€oriented and highly organized Must have change management experience Must be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing and use of the phone and computer Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required Job Benefits Industry leading organization with offices throughout the U.S. Stable company with 25+ years of successful growth.
