Job Summary:
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our non-profit organization in Fort Worth, TX. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of non-profit accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
