Job Summary: Finance/Accounting Analyst (AP Analyst) - Contract | Madison, MS | $27-$29/hr
[About the Role]
Join a fast-paced, collaborative team as a Finance/Accounting Analyst specializing in Accounts Payable. Play a critical role in streamlining supply chain invoice consolidation and supporting both accounting and supply chain operations. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals eager to leverage SAP and Concur skills within an innovative, growth-driven environment.
[Responsibilities]
- Consolidate supply chain invoices using Concur to ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Provide administrative support to accounting and supply chain teams, maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Respond to accounting/financial inquiries by applying established policies and procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and vendor information.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Concur for daily tasks and documentation.
- Prepare and present accurate accounting data as needed.
- Execute additional duties as assigned to support financial operations.
