Immense Networks is looking for a Level One Technical Engineer with a passion for IT support, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a desire to grow their technical skills. This entry-level role focuses on providing first-line support for client issues, maintaining systems, and escalating more complex problems to senior engineers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and a sense of urgency when addressing client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users.

• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.

• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users, including account creation and device setup.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and system updates.

• Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely and professional manner.

• Escalate unresolved issues to Level Two Engineers when necessary.

• Document support steps, resolutions, and system configurations.
