Position Purpose
To support the center's research and training mission by operating and maintaining MRI systems and ensuring participant safety, while working with faculty, graduate students, research personnel, and undergraduates involved in neuroimaging studies.

Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp
Associates or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Education:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Certification: ARRT (MR) or equivalent MRI certification preferred.

Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years MRI experience; research experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Siemens Prisma 3T scanner is strongly preferred.

Skills:
  • Strong understanding of MRI physics and safety.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred qualifications: Magnetic Resonance Safety Officer (MRSO) certification
