Job description

The MRB Specialist is responsible for handling defective and nonconforming materials within the production process. This role includes inspecting and documenting faulty parts, maintaining MRB records and systems, preparing shipment documentation, and supporting production and quality teams to ensure products meet company and customer standards.Responsibilities
  • Maintain MRB systems and manage reports related to defective or nonconforming products.
  • Move materials from the LRB/Debug area to the MRB area while following ESD safety procedures.
  • Inspect, test, and document defective parts, then enter results into the MRB database.
  • Prepare RMA reports and package defective materials for shipment.
  • Support daily reporting and assist with handling non-repairable parts on production lines.
  • Work closely with the quality team to help ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel, SAP, and PC-based testing software.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
