Job description

            Evaluate and disposition nonconforming metallic and composite Aerostructure parts through the MRB process.

            Perform structural and system analysis to determine compliant repair, rework, or use-as-is dispositions.

            Prepare technical justifications and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and QMS requirements.

            Collaborate with design, stress, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve nonconformances.

            Act as a delegated MRB member ensuring contractual and functional compliance.

            Support production and quality teams with MRB-related technical guidance.

            Monitor MRB inventory, quality notifications, and aging records.

            Drive continuous improvement to reduce rework and improve MRB efficiency.
