Job Description:

Job Summary

Joining a global IT team and reporting to IT Director, this is a key role to support 300+ world-wide ERP system users with focus on US and EU users in Finances and Sales & Marketing. Major responsibilities include system technical issue resolution through effective vendor management, conduct or facilitate users trainings, manage users access and profile configurations, co-manage process automation and/or efficiency improvement projects, support and manage IT audits (SOX). This role also help manage system integration, and user business requirements definition with other Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as point-of-contact for ERP system users in the US and Europe to solve system issues ranging from system access configuration to reports generation, and user training.

  • Work as point of contact for ERP vendor to manage technical issue resolution, system updates

  • Respond and manage daily user issues in using ERP system, responsible for ERP system maintenance and updates, and user access and security updates.

  • Help identify opportunities to improve operations through better and more use of ERP system or its integration.

  • Study and adopt best practice for data accuracy, security and governance for the ERP system.

  • Well manage data imports and reporting within or using other tools (i.e. Power BI).

  • Take users inputs to analyze and translate them into system configurations and solutions plans.

  • Diagnose and resolve system issues to maintain operational continuity and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline. Experience with IFS ERP is a plus.

  • 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or other IT systems with users in Finance, Manufacturing or Distribution, or Supply Chain.

  • Experienced in ERP-enabled business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing etc.

  • Experienced in DB administration, data analysis, scripting or system integration.

  • Proficient in SQL, working knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server DB.

  • Excellent communication, coordination and project management skills.

  • IT experience in high-tech or Semiconductor industry is a plus.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The target hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
