Job description

About Company:

About MPS Security & ProtectionA Legacy of Excellence

National Business Investigations (NBI) was founded in 1967, establishing a solid foundation in the fields of private investigations and executive protection. In 2003, MPS Security was created as a specialized division of NBI, expanding its mission to include uniformed security services. Together, NBI and MPS Security bring over five decades of industry-leading experience to every client we serve.

Local, Family-Owned, and Community-Focused

MPS Security is a proud, third-generation family-owned company based in Murrieta, California, with a third generation now joining the team. Unlike large nationwide โ€œbig boxโ€ security firms, MPS Security is committed to a personal, transparent, and responsive approach.

We maintain a single office in Murrieta, staffed with experienced operations and management professionals who live in the same communities we protect. This proximity allows our team โ€” including the CEO, President, and Security Manager โ€” to respond to clients personally and be on-site within 30 minutes.

Honest, Reliable, and Transparent

At MPS Security, we believe in telling it to you straight. Many larger companies make promises during interviews that fall apart once youโ€™re on the job: shifting posts every week, inconsistent scheduling, reduced hours, delayed payroll corrections, and layers of unreachable middle management.

MPS Security operates differently. We commit to clear, reliable communication about your pay, post assignments, and work schedule from day one.

Join Our Team

MPS Security is looking for men and women who value commitment, work ethic, and a positive, long-term relationship with their employer.

If you are a former member of the military or law enforcement, we encourage you to apply and bring your skills and discipline to our professional team.
