AGCO is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Technician to join our team in Jackson, MN, supporting both the Jackson and Round Lake facilities. This role plays an important part in advancing our Environmental, Health, and Safety programs while helping create a culture where safety is a shared responsibility.    

 Your Impact  

  • Delivering EHS training such as new hire orientation, powered industrial vehicle training, lockout/tagout, and DOT/RCRA compliance training  

  • Conducting safety audits throughout the facility and partnering with teams to identify and implement effective hazard mitigation solutions  

  • Providing guidance, coordination, and oversight for site safety committees and Advising site leadership on EHS-related matters and regulatory requirements  

  • Supporting the sustainability and continuous improvement of EHS programs and initiatives and Investigating safety incidents, identifying root causes, and coordinating corrective actions  

  • Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing EHS data to identify trends and drive proactive safety initiatives. 

Your Experience and qualifications  

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.  

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate equipment and machinery as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs with the ability to learn and utilize EHS software systems  

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and present information to groups. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with attention to detail.  

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30. Experience working with the MPCA and environmental compliance requirements. Manufacturing environment experience  

  • Nice to have - Bilingual (Spanish) capability. Prior experience in an Environmental, Health, and Safety role

Your Compensation

This position will pay within the range of $42,000 -$75,000, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 5% of compensation.
