Registered KY Medication Aide (KMA/CMA) – Assisted Living & Memory Care

Charter Senior Living of Hopkinsville is actively hiring a Registered Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for a full-time PM shift position in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role is ideal for experienced Medication Aides, Medication Technicians, or CMA/KMA professionals seeking stable hours, competitive pay, and a supportive senior living environment.

Key Responsibilities – Medication Aide / KMA / CMA
  • Safely administer and manage medications in compliance with Kentucky state regulations and community policies

  • Provide resident-centered care in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence

  • Accurately document medication administration and nursing services

  • Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition

  • Support individualized resident care plans

  • Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and leadership as part of a team-based care model

Required Qualifications
  • Active Kentucky Registered Medication Aide (KMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification – required

  • Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, or long-term care preferred

  • Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills

  • Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
