As a Sales Representative for Pro-Mow, Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our lawn maintenance services.

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our sales efforts and truly *own* this area of the business. This isn’t a plug-and-play role — it’s an opportunity to shape the process, make decisions, and have a direct, visible impact on growth.

At Pro-Mow, we strive to maintain lifelong relationships with our customers by providing the highest standard of customer care. We continue to build our business on the trust and integrity that we have established with our customers from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including client information, communication history, and project details, and updating software tracking tool as expected.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated record of achieving and/or exceeding goals in previous sales role, lawn & irrigation sales a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results oriented.
  • Knowledge of lawn maintenance & irrigation is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with commission
  • Health, dental and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off: 10 days PTO; 7 paid holidays; Paid week off between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
