As a part of our team, you will be entrusted with the management of a small team, ensuring the delivery of top-notch work. Responsibilities
  • Oversee a small team of 2-3 employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Monitor and manage time for your team, ensuring optimal productivity.
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety and company policies.
  • Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the Mow Crew Leader.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a Class E license or equivalent to obtain a DOT.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Pass pre employment drug screen
  • Authorized to work in USA, E-Verify check will be required 
Compensation
