Key Responsibilities
Safely travel to and from assigned job sites throughout the workday.
Perform tree trimming and tree removal operations in accordance with company safety
standards and industry best practices.
Communicate effectively with crew leaders and fellow team members to complete work
safely and efficiently.
Operate and maintain a variety of forestry equipment and tools, including chainsaws,
pole saws, hand saws, bucket trucks, stump grinders, chippers, mini skid steers, and
other equipment as required.
Safely climb trees and work at heights while utilizing proper climbing equipment and
techniques.
Perform rigging and roping operations for the safe removal and trimming of trees.
Inspect work areas and identify potential hazards before beginning work.
Maintain equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable safety procedures.
Travel to various job sites as required to support project needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of field experience in tree trimming, tree removal, or a related
forestry position.
Previous residential tree service and/or utility line clearance experience is preferred.
Required Knowledge & Skills

Valid Class B CDL with Air Brake Endorsement required.
Ability to safely climb trees and operate bucket trucks.
Proficient in the safe operation of chainsaws and other tree trimming equipment.
Experience operating bucket trucks, chippers, stump grinders, mini skid steers, and
similar equipment.
Knowledge of proper rigging and roping techniques.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding
work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
