Job description

Mow Crew Driver

Forza Property Management, LLC is committed to affordable, safe, and well-maintained housing. We are in Eastern Jackson County and oversee a group of a single and multi-family homes.
We are looking for a Mow Crew Driver to join our team in Independence, Missouri. If you would like a full-time seasonal job, we want to hear from you!
Duties/Responsibilities
  • Mow lawns, trim weeds, and rake leaves as assigned.
  • Drive company truck and trailer with mowers and landscaping equipment to assigned site, complete assigned work, drive to the next site until day’s assignments are complete, and return company equipment to company storage site at the end of each day.
  • Operate power equipment and other vehicles such as tractors, mowers, electric clippers, or other similar machines.
  • Collect and discard brush, trash, or other waste material.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Experience driving a truck and trailer preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments.
  • Basic understanding of groundskeeping and landscaping practices and safety procedures preferred.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Ability to work with prolonged periods of walking, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, or kneeling.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license to drive company truck and trailer.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
Experience
  • Experience with various types of power equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipment preferred.
Salary
  • $17.00-21.00/hour DOE
