Job description

As a Mow Crew Member, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients’ landscapes are well-kept and inviting throughout the season. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in their work. Our team of professionals are responsible for the weekly maintenance of commercial properties. Responsibilities
  • Operate commercial lawn care equipment, including zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, backpack blowers, and string trimmers (weed whips)
  • Perform routine lawn maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and blowing debris from walkways and driveways
  • Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition
  • Work efficiently to complete daily routes
  • Follow company safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Qualifications
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Available to work full-time hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and regular attendance
