Job description

RSC Landscaping is a trusted provider of landscaping maintenance services for both residential and commercial clients in Sussex County. As a Mow Crew Member, you will help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces by operating essential landscaping equipment and working closely with a dedicated crew. Responsibilities
  • Operate mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and plant beds.
  • Edge lawn areas and trim foliage to ensure a neat and professional appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with crew members outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Load and unload equipment from company trucks for daily assignments.
  • Drive company vehicles to client locations, ensuring safe transport of equipment.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly to meet company standards.
Qualifications
  • On-the-job training provided; prior landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
  • Basic understanding of mowing and landscaping practices.
  • Ability to operate power equipment such as trimmers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with flexibility to work with different crews.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver’s license.
