The Gardener position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. As a Gardener, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of landscape maintenance for clients, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, and raking.
  • Safely operate and maintain power equipment, including walk-behind mowers, reel-type mowers, power edgers, and line trimmers.
  • Carry out detailed care activities, including pruning, hedging, installing mortarless masonry wall units, and assisting with sprinkler installation.
  • Conduct daily equipment maintenance, such as checking oil, tire pressure, and greasing, while adhering to safety and fueling procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver superior results and uphold company standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience operating 52โ€ rider mowers, 48โ€ stand-on mowers, and 36โ€ walk-behind mowers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and exert up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • 1 year of landscaping experience preferred.
