Mow Power, an employee-owned company with 25+ years of experience, seeks a

Riding Mower Mechanic to join our Lawn & Garden Equipment Service Team.

Position: Riding Mower Mechanic (Based at Tempe location)

Responsibilities:

•          Maintenance and repairs of riding lawn mowers and other related large equipment.

•          Conduct regular inspections, diagnose issues, and implement necessary repairs.

•          Perform routine servicing, record maintenance history, and ensure optimal equipment condition.

•          Follow safety protocols, stay updated on industry standards, and conduct safety inspections.

•          Assist in Maintenance and repair of company rental fleet equipment

•          Stay informed about equipment developments, evaluate performance, and make upgrade recommendations.

Requirements:

•          High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in small engine repair or certification of OEM service training preferred.

•          Proven mechanical experience, preferably in lawn care or landscaping.

•          Strong knowledge of riding lawn mowers, small engines 2 & 4 stroke, and related Outdoor Power Equipment.

•          Have own tools and reliable transportation

•          Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

•          Ability to provide repair quotes, understand warranty processes, and interpret technical specifications.

•          Familiarity with safety protocols

•          Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
