The Director also represents Partner Services publicly and internally - speaking at events, gatherings, trainings, and movement-wide activations as needed, and co-leads strategic planning sessions with the UC&L Executive Director to shape long-range direction, priorities, and integrated movement pathways.

  4. Governance, Vitality & Leadership Support

Provide high-level support and guidance for governance practices, vitality strategies, and relational well-being across ministries, ministers, LUTs, pods, chapters, and regional expressions of the movement.

  5. Strategic Planning & Implementation

Actively partner with the UC&L Executive Director in strategic planning - helping shape Partner Services direction, annual and long-range priorities, resource alignment, and movement-wide implementation pathways.

  6. Global Field Engagement

Sustain relationships with domestic and international leaders to nurture global cohesion, shared storytelling, cross-cultural alignment, mutual learning, and an inspiring shared spiritual identity throughout the movement.

    • Regional engagement
    • Pod/Chapter activation
