  • Identify and track key decisions, risks, milestones, and action items across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level updates, business cases, recommendations, and supporting analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to commitments, timelines, and agreed-upon outcomes while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.

Ecosystem Orchestration & Roadmap Alignment

  • Drive coordination across Fraud, Operations, CXD, Product, Technology, and servicing teams to align strategic priorities and execution plans.

  • Translate strategic objectives into sequenced initiatives, actionable plans, and measurable deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve gaps, overlaps, and conflicting priorities across programs and workstreams.

Money Movement Strategy & Client Experience

  • Identify opportunities to reduce money movement friction and improve the end-to-end client experience across funding, transfers, withdrawals, and payment journeys.
  • Analyze existing policies, limits, and servicing practices to recommend enhancements that balance client experience, risk management, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead modernization of money movement policies and controls to align with evolving client expectations and industry capabilities.
  • Evaluate emerging trends, client feedback, and operational insights to inform strategic recommendations and roadmap priorities.

Fraud & Risk Ecosystem Integration

  • Lead evaluations alongside Fraud, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to assess the impact of new fraud detection and prevention capabilities on the money movement experience.
  • Support the integration of new fraud vendors and controls into existing product, operational, and policy frameworks.
  • Evaluate trade-offs between risk mitigation and client experience and identify solutions that support enterprise objectives.
  • Identify and lead resolution of dependencies and program-level decisions, balancing operational impacts associated with fraud and risk initiatives.

Vendor Strategy & Capability Implementation

  • Lead vendor analysis coordinating across Product, Operations, Technology, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, and Client Experience teams to ensure successful identification and deployment of vendor-driven capabilities.
  • Drive solution implementation, managing dependencies, and operational readiness activities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product strategy, payments, money movement, financial services, operations, consulting, or program management.
  • Strong understanding of money movement ecosystems, including ACH, transfers, fraud controls, payment operations, and client servicing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Operations, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
