The Strategy Manager will lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives, ensuring the organization remains agile and competitive in a dynamic market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Development & Execution

  • Design and implement short- and long-term strategies that align with the organization's vision, mission, and objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations for growth.

  • Assess the effectiveness of organizational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner with business units to ensure alignment and execution of strategies, fostering communication across teams.

Performance Monitoring & KPI Management
