The Position

The Vice President, Strategic Growth is responsible for driving the company's growth strategy across agent recruiting, retention, productivity, franchise performance, strategic partnerships, and new revenue opportunities. This leader serves as the executive owner of growth initiatives and is accountable for increasing agent count, improving agent productivity, strengthening franchise performance, and expanding revenue-generating programs across the organization.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working in close partnership with the COO, the VP, Strategic Growth acts as the bridge between strategy and executionโ€”ensuring growth initiatives are aligned, measured, and producing measurable business results.

This position is ideal for a growth-minded executive who combines strategic thinking, operational discipline, leadership development, and a deep understanding of the real estate brokerage industry.

Qualifications

10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience with a proven track record of leading growth initiatives within real estate, franchising, brokerage, mortgage, or title, as well as experience in driving recruiting, retention and business development strategies.
