What does a move in coordinator do?

A Move In Coordinator is responsible for managing and facilitating the process of new tenants or residents moving into a property. They coordinate logistics such as scheduling move-in dates, conducting walkthroughs, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring that units are ready and compliant with leasing standards. Additionally, Move In Coordinators often serve as the primary point of contact for new residents, addressing questions and providing them with important information about their new home. Their goal is to ensure a smooth and positive transition for everyone involved.

Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude help you effectively manage tenant expectations and resolve issues. These skills ensure smooth transitions for new residents, enhance tenant satisfaction, and contribute to efficient property operations.

What are the main challenges a move in coordinator faces when managing multiple tenant move-ins simultaneously?

Move In Coordinators often juggle multiple move-ins at once, which can be challenging due to overlapping schedules, varying tenant needs, and coordination with maintenance, leasing, and cleaning teams. Effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to quickly problem-solve are crucial to ensure a smooth transition for each new resident. Being proactive in addressing potential issues, such as last-minute repairs or documentation delays, helps minimize disruptions and maintains a positive move-in experience for all parties involved.

Strategic Accounts Coordinator

L2 Brands

Plymouth Meeting, PA

$19.75 - $25.75/hr

Full-time

Posted 13 days ago

Job description

Description

L2 Brands is home to a family of industry-leading brands - League, Legacy, Ouray, Locale and Wild Tribute - built on a passion for branded apparel, headwear, and licensed consumer products. We are a growth-oriented company driven by strong customer relationships, innovative product, and a culture of accountability.

About the Role

L2's Strategic Accounts team manages some of our largest and most important retail partnerships - including Dick's Sporting Goods, Rally House, Fanatics, and Lids/LidsU. We're looking for a Strategic Accounts Coordinator to help keep those partnerships running smoothly, from the moment a customer places an order to the moment it ships.

This role sits right at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer success. You'll translate customer demand into accurate, on-time order fulfillment - coordinating with account managers, IT, production, and external buyers to keep orders moving and accounts healthy. If you're the kind of person who loves a clean spreadsheet, never lets a follow-up slip through the cracks, and gets genuine satisfaction from closing the loop, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

Order Management & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end order flow across assigned strategic accounts, from customer product request through EDI transmission and fulfillment
  • Coordinate SKU setup submissions with IT and reformat returned SKU/UPC data into each customer's unique item template
  • Monitor open orders, backlog, and shipment timelines; proactively flag delays or capacity risks to account managers
  • Track new art creation for customer orders with the creative team, ensuring artwork is finalized and approved in time to avoid delays
  • Support EDI troubleshooting alongside IT and customer portals to ensure accurate order transmission and acknowledgment

Account Support & Communication

  • Serve as a day-to-day operational point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate with production, creative, IT, and sales to support new product setups, specialty collection launches, and seasonal buys
  • Track customer selection and setup timelines; maintain organized records of open items, approvals, and follow-up actions
  • Assist with chargeback research, dispute documentation, and resolution coordination

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintain and update order tracking reports, status logs, and account-specific documentation
  • Support the team's use of internal tools and systems (ERP, Excel-based trackers, EDI portals); contribute ideas for workflow improvements
  • Participate in team meetings, account reviews, and cross-departmental syncs
About the Team

You'll join a tight-knit Strategic Accounts team managing four of L2's largest retail partnerships. We operate at high volume with significant cross-departmental impact, coordinating daily with IT, production, and creative to move product through a complex, EDI-driven order ecosystem. We value precision, communication, and ownership - and we take pride in being the link between what our customers need and what we deliver.

If you thrive on structure, love solving the puzzle behind a complex order, and want to be part of a team that keeps some of the biggest names in retail running smoothly - we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

 What You Bring

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in account coordination, wholesale operations, retail vendor management, or a related field
  • Strong Excel proficiency, including working with large data sets and reformatting data across templates
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and competing priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with both internal teams and external retail buyers
  • High attention to detail - errors in this role have real downstream operational impact
  • A track record of following up, closing the loop, and keeping workstreams moving

Preferred

  • Experience with EDI order processes or retail vendor compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or order management platforms in a wholesale or licensed goods environment
  • Experience supporting specialty retail, licensed apparel, headwear, or sports/collegiate merchandise
  • A genuine interest in college sports or collegiate licensing - our product line is rooted in team and school pride, and that passion shows in the work
  • Exposure to SKU setup, item template management, or UPC/barcode workflows
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment where priorities shift
