Job description

We are seeking an experienced O&I Move Coordinator based in Dallas to join a dynamic team within the moving and relocation industry. This role focuses on managing complex commercial and industrial relocations, requiring strong expertise in coordinating office & industrial (O&I) moves from initial planning through to final delivery. Youโ€™ll play a key role in ensuring seamless execution while supporting corporate clients on high-value, time-sensitive relocation projects in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end commercial and industrial (O&I) relocation projects
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients throughout the move lifecycle
  • Conduct pre-move surveys and site assessments for office and industrial relocations
  • Develop detailed move plans, timelines, and logistics schedules
  • Liaise with operations teams, drivers, and crew to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage vendor coordination including third-party services (IT, storage, rigging)
  • Oversee packing, transportation, and installation phases for O&I moves
  • Track shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
  • Prepare accurate documentation including inventories, billing, and reports
