Overview
We're looking for an experienced AI Engineering Leader to help shape and scale enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. In this role, you'll define AI strategy, build scalable AI platforms, lead high-performing engineering teams, and deliver innovative AI solutions that drive measurable business value. You'll partner closely with business and technology leaders to move AI initiatives from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise AI engineering strategy and roadmap.
  • Design and build scalable AI platforms, architectures, and reusable services.
  • Lead the delivery of AI solutions, including generative AI, predictive analytics, automation, and ML applications.
  • Establish AI engineering standards, governance, and MLOps best practices.
  • Build, mentor, and lead AI engineering teams while collaborating across business, technology, security, and compliance groups.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify AI opportunities and drive enterprise adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, data engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years leading engineering teams or large technology initiatives.
  • Experience designing and scaling enterprise AI platforms and production AI solutions.
