Job Description

Position                               : Network Automation Engineer

Location                               : Greenwood Village, CO Onsite

Duration                              : Long term contract

Required skills                  : Strong experience in network engineer & automating network using Python, Ansible or YAML – Linux OS – Vmware or RedHat – TCP/IP, routing & switching

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python or Ansible for network configuration and management.
  • Understanding of YAML files and how they are used in network automation
  • Work extensively in Linux environments for system administration and automation tasks.
  • Implement and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Red Hat Virtualization.
  • Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure compliance with security best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network automation and virtualization.
  • Participate in design and deployment of automated workflows for network provisioning and monitoring.
  • Document processes, configurations, and automation scripts for operational transparency.

Mandatory skills:

  • Programming & Automation: Proficiency in Python/Ansible/YAML for automation and orchestration.
  • Operating Systems: Strong experience working in Linux environments.
