Job description

We're looking for an experienced Associate Dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and wants to play a key role in continue to grow our practice.

This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable providing advanced treatment, enjoys developing long-term patient relationships, and is motivated by performance-based compensation as the practice continues to expand.


What You'll Be Doing

Our ideal dentist is confident managing a wide range of procedures, including:

  • Molar root canal therapy
  • Single-tooth and surgical extractions
  • Implant placement and restoration (preferred)
  • Full-mouth rehabilitation and comprehensive treatment planning
  • Restorative and preventive dentistry
  • Delivering exceptional patient experiences while educating patients on treatment options


Compensation

  • Earn 25% of collections
  • No earnings cap-your income grows with your productivity
  • $800 daily guarantee during your first 90 days while patient volume develops
  • Strong long-term earning potential in a rapidly growing practice


Practice Environment
