Position Overview

We're looking for a Motorcycle Sales Consultant who's passionate about the Harley-Davidson lifestyle and eager to help customers discover their next ride. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by actively engaging with customers and providing tailored motorcycle solutions.
  • Expert Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all Harley-Davidson models, accessories, and services to educate and inspire customers.
  • Customer Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere while building long-term relationships with both new and returning riders.
  • Test Rides & Demonstrations: Guide customers through motorcycle features and offer hands-on test rides to help them find their perfect fit.
  • Financing & Trade-Ins: Assist with financing options and trade-in evaluations to ensure a seamless purchase process.
  • Follow-Up & CRM: Maintain contact with leads and past customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately track customer interactions and sales details per dealership procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to achieve dealership-wide goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in sales-automotive or motorcycle sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
