Job description

MotoCorsa, one of North America’s top Ducati dealerships and a hub for Portland’s motorcycle community, is searching for a Used Vehicle Manager to oversee and elevate our pre-owned inventory operation.

This is a key leadership role with serious growth potential — perfect for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, understands the power of presentation and process, and is passionate about premium motorcycles.

Why Work for MotoCorsa?

MotoCorsa isn’t just a Ducati dealership — we’re a top-performing store with a national reputation, a creative culture, and a fiercely loyal rider community.

  • Iconic Brand: Represent one of the most respected Ducati dealerships in the country, with a record-setting history in both new and used sales.
  • Strong Culture: Our team is fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-obsessed — and our pre-owned operation plays a vital role in that experience.
  • Creative Freedom: You’ll have the tools, autonomy, and support to shape how our pre-owned department looks, performs, and grows.
  • Connected to the Community: MotoCorsa has a deep relationship with Portland riders — from first-time buyers to serious collectors and track-day veterans.
  • Career Potential: We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and help take our used department to the next level.

Used Motorcycle Manager Responsibilities

  • Own every aspect of the used inventory lifecycle — from acquisition to sale
  • Appraise, purchase, and manage trade-ins, wholesale units, and consignment inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and optimize lot presentation for all pre-owned units
  • Coordinate reconditioning and prep work with service and detail departments
  • Manage online listings, pricing, photos, and descriptions across all platforms
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to maximize margin and turn
  • Support the sales team with product knowledge, lead handling, and deal structuring
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, wholesalers, and internal staff
  • Uphold MotoCorsa’s brand standards and customer-first philosophy in all used vehicle operations

Used Motorcycle Manager Compensation and Benefits

On top of competitive pay, we are proud to offer…

  • Employer-subsidized Medical and Dental insurance, with comprehensive coverage options
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan, and text-based Telehealth
  • A variety of voluntary benefit options, including Short and Long-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, Pet, as well as additional life insurance for you and your family.
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Generous Paid Time Off that begins accruing from Day 1
  • Exclusive employee pricing for you and your family on parts, service, and vehicles

Used Motorcycle Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of automotive or motorcycle inventory management experience (used department preferred)
  • Strong appraisal and acquisition skills — both trade-in and auction
  • Experience managing digital inventory and pricing tools
  • Knowledge of Powersports industry and motorcycles a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one)

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
