We are actively searching for an experienced and energetic Guestroom Attendant for the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco!

The Role - Overview
The Guestroom Attendant is an essential member of the Rooms Division and is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This is a union non-management position.


Essential Functions
This list is not all -inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibility.

  • Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean linen

  • Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom)

  • Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas

  • Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings

  • Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pen

Qualifications & Experience

  • Reading, written and oral proficiency in the English language is required

  • Viable candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of housekeeping experience, luxury hotel preferred

  • Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation

  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays

  • High school educations or equivalent experience is preferred
