We are looking for an eager employee to take on this position and who is curious about gaining a deeper knowledge into the loan process. In this role you will be reviewing files, communicating with the loan team and title company, and performing quality control. Our hope is to bring someone on who has had multiple experiences in other parts of the specialist departments. This role will require someone who has grit, multitasking abilities, resilience, and is determined to close the file in pristine condition. Someone who is beyond willing to go the extra mile.


Experience Preferred: Experience in mortgage loan closing/funding preferred. 

Requirements

  • Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with various parties to gather necessary documentation for loan closing.
  • Prepare and finalize loan documents for closing/funding.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Quick learner capable of adapting to evolving industry standards and procedures.
  • Self-starter with strong motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
