Job Description
Some of your job duties will include...
  • Being the FACE of the company - you will be theFIRST people that clients will speak to when working with us
  • Gathering client's information and necessary documents and preparing for review
  • Opening the office daily & maintaining the appearance of the office
  • Answering phone and directing calls
  • Greeting customers / managing the waiting room
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventories
  • Performing registering and performing opening processing duties on new mortgage applications
  • Reconciling funded files
  • Assisting with other tasks, as needed
