Job description

As the Region Marketing Manager for Morocco, your mission is to lead and orchestrate a dedicated local marketing squad (KOL, Community, PR/Events, and SEO/Content) to drive user acquisition, deposit growth, and brand loyalty.
Acting as a hands-on "playing coach," you will bridge the gap between our global strategy and local execution. You will be responsible for allocating the regional marketing budget across the most effective channels, ensuring your team works in perfect synergy-without silos-to maximize ROI and establish our dominance in the Morocco market. You won't just collaborate; you will lead from the front, turning strategic targets into measurable financial results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional market growth by adapting the global marketing strategy to local market specifics and trends, informed by continuous monitoring of the competitive landscape, and cultural shifts
  • Directly manage, mentor, and synchronize a local team (KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, ontent specialists), setting the direction, removing blockers, and creating an efficient environment
  • Develop quarterly marketing plans for locally relevant strategies for Morocco and its client community
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, allocating spend across channels based on performance data, and continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and results
  • Use analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, understand user behaviour, and guide your team's priorities
  • Serve as the key connection point between your local team and Global HQ - sharing market insights and coordinating on global campaigns

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team of 3 or more specialists (e.g., KOL, Content, PR, or SMM/Community) in fintech, crypto, retail trading, or a comparable fast-moving industry
  • Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Morocco
  • Strong understanding of marketing 360, including brand building, KOL/Influence marketing, PR, community growth, performance marketing, and SMM
  • Proven experience directly allocating and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets ranging from $50,000, skilled at driving down CPA and maximizing ROI
  • Solid hands-on experience with any of the following analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Tableau, PowerBI with the ability to interpret cohort data, traffic quality, and LTV trends
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Confluence) to keep teams aligned and campaigns on track Native Arabic and fluent in business English for daily communication with the cross-regional teams
  • Native Arabic and fluent Business English (absolute must for daily communication with Global HQ and cross-regional teams). Knowledge of French and Berber languages is a plus

Will be a plus:

  • Proven marketing experience with leading Retail FX/CFD brokers, Crypto exchanges, or high-growth FinTechs in the APAC region. You already speak our language (FTD, CPA, LTV, IB networks, and P&L)
  • A sharp understanding of the legal, advertising restrictions, and compliance landscape for financial products (specifically Morocco). You know how to market aggressively without crossing regulatory red lines
  • Experience using modern AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, n8n) to accelerate local content production, optimize campaigns, and boost your squad's daily output
  • Deep understanding of how Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate networks operate in the SEA region, and how marketing can support their growth
