The Role ofthe Guest Experience Agent:

We currently have an opportunity for a talented andGuest Exeprience Agent to join our Four Seasons Hotel RabatKasrAl Bahr team in Morocco!

As a Guest Experience Agent, your responsibilitiesare :

  • Delivera warm,personalizedwelcomeanddeparture,ensuringsmootand efficient check-in and check-outexperiences

  • Anticipateguestneeds,managerequests, andresolveconcernspromptlywithproactive follow-up

  • Maintainaccurateguestprofiles,preferences, and interaction records,ensuringstrongattention to the administrativesideof theguestexperience

  • Preparepersonalizedwelcomecardsandspecialcommunications toenhanceguestrecognition

  • Coordinatewithalldepartmentstoensureseamless, consistent, and high-qualityservicedelivery

  • Monitorarrivals,departures, and in-housegueststoprioritizeandpersonalizeservice

  • Organizespecialarrangements,amenities, andtailoredexperiencestoelevateguestsatisfaction

  • Recognizereturningguestsandcreatememorable"wow moments"alignedwithFour Seasons standards

  • Conductroutine inspections ofguestroomstoensurequalityandmaintenance standards

  • Handle administrativetasks,reporting, andcommunicateguestfeedback or incidents

  • Supportteamoperations,participatein briefings, and assistcolleaguesduringpeakperiods

  • Strong communication andinterpersonalskills

  • Problem-solvingmindsetwithaguest-focusedapproach

  • Abilitytomultitaskin a fast-pacedenvironment

  • Knowledge ofhospitalitysystems(Opera)isanadvantage

  • Fluency in French, Arabic and English isa mustfor this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
