Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Prep Cook to join our team at Morimoto Asia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Prep Cook, you will be preparing food items for our established guests, supporting great guest experiences. What will you do?
  • Retrieve storage items as necessary, measure, portion, and prepare all food items, complying with all quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate with the Chef for any special instructions or training
  • Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
  • Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
  • Follow all safety, security, kitchen, and ServSafe procedures, upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations

  • Prior food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets
  • Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment)
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • No high school diploma or GED required
