Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-6pm | Rotating Saturdays 7am-5pm
Pay: $45-$55/flag hour (DOE) + efficiency/productivity bonuses

Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep is seeking a skilled Mopar Certified Technician to join our Service Department. In this role, you will perform quality maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards while helping ensure every customer receives exceptional service. If you are a detail-oriented technician with strong diagnostic abilities and a commitment to quality workmanship, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems with an emphasis on major mechanical components, including gas and diesel engines and gear-trains
  • Perform maintenance and repairs according to repair orders and dealership processes
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend additional maintenance or repairs as needed
  • Communicate repair recommendations and estimated completion times to the Service Advisor
  • Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and ensure quality workmanship
  • Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Mopar Certification is required for this position
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
