We are looking for a Mopar Certified Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and Mopar Certification. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.

Responsibilities

  • Complete vehicle repairs as outlined in service tickets efficiently and per dealership standards
  • Use specialized diagnostic equipment and tools to evaluate components through system testing and road evaluations
  • Perform comprehensive maintenance and troubleshooting on core automotive systems, including engines, drivetrains, electrical components, steering, and HVAC
  • Keep Service Advisors updated on repair progress and any discovered needs to ensure accurate customer estimates
  • Fulfill all warranty-related tasks according to strict manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional background as a Service Tech.
  • Secondary school graduation or an equivalent credential.
  • Mopar Certification Required
  • B-Level expertise focusing on engine, electrical, and diagnostic work.
  • High physical precision and superior hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong mechanical logic and proficiency with digital scanning tools.
  • Solid interpersonal skills paired with fundamental PC literacy.
  • Optimistic personality and a drive for professional development.
  • Comfortable working within a fast-moving atmosphere.
