Job description

Certified Mopar Technician
Compensation: $35-50 per hour and aggressive incentives based on experience and certifications.
Position Summary
The Certified Mopar Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. This position plays a vital role in ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely while supporting the dealership's commitment to "Where the Customer Comes First Since 1948."
Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
  • Complete warranty, recall, and customer pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize Mopar diagnostic equipment, service information, and repair procedures.
  • Perform thorough Multi Point Inspections (MPI) on every vehicle.
  • Document findings clearly and communicate repair recommendations to the service team.
  • Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards while minimizing comebacks.
  • Participate in ongoing Mopar certification and technical training.
  • Properly care for customer vehicles, dealership tools, and shop equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA and dealership safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Current Mopar Certification preferred.
  • Previous automotive repair experience required.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to use factory diagnostic equipment and repair information.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • ASE Certifications are a plus.
