Job description

We are focused on meeting the demand for fleet and heavy duty service in our area. We are seeking an experienced diesel technician with heavy duty truck experience. Dayton Andrews is a family owned and operated dealership since 1964.
Primary focus on Ram Cummins / Pro-master with a focus on expanding service to all makes / models of local fleets.
Required Qualifications:
  • Stellantis training level 2 and up
  • Experience with advanced diagnostic procedures
  • Exceptional integrity of work performed
  • Commitment to ethical business practices
  • Desire to be a part of a transparent and honest company
  • Own their own tools needed for daily work
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to perform comprehensive inspections on every vehicle
  • Reliable transportation

Pay structure:
Bi-weekly flat rate pay, bonus to hourly rate at 90 hours and 110 hours.
Level 3 technicians receive 20% increase in pay when working on any Mopar warranty lines.
Level 2 technicians receive 10% increase in pay when working on any Mopar warranty lines.
CP time is based on Mitchell, our stores are not forcing warranty time on CP repairs.
Maintenance is paid at full rate with set clock hours for each service.
Multi-point inspection is paid at full rate.
Schedule:
Technicians will work a five-day work week, working every third Saturday. Service is open Monday - Friday from 7:30am-5:30pm and Saturday from 7:00am-4:00pm
Benefits:
Full medical, dental, disability and vision benefits are available after 90 days.
Vacation Pay after one year. One week paid after one year, two weeks after two years and three weeks after five years.
