We are seeking a Factory-Trained Automotive Technician who takes pride in their craft and is committed to delivering an A-May-zing Experience through quality repairs, honest workmanship, and professionalism.
This role is ideal for a technician who values precision, teamwork, and long-term growth in a dealership that puts people first.
Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose vehicle concerns accurately using factory-approved tools and procedures
  • Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
  • Complete routine services, inspections, warranty repairs, and recalls with attention to detail
  • Document all work performed clearly and accurately on repair orders
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with service advisors
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Participate in ongoing factory training to stay current on technology and repair methods
  • Uphold our Driven to Serve commitment by contributing to a positive customer and team experience
Qualifications
  • Factory training and/or certification with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram preferred
  • Prior experience as an automotive technician required
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team-focused service department
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with warranty repairs and manufacturer repair processes
  • Familiarity with electronic diagnostic equipment and service software
