This incentive is separate from the regular salary and may be based on individual, team, or company-wide achievements. Monthly bonuses help motivate employees, drive productivity, and recognize exceptional work. The criteria for receiving a bonus and the amount vary depending on the employer’s policies. It's important to review your company's bonus structure or speak with HR for detailed information.
